Krav Maga Flash Project

As part of an assignment for my Masters degree program, I was tasked with developing an interactive eLearning lesson utilizing Flash technology.

The topic I chose to delve into was the renowned Israeli self-defense system known as Krav Maga. This educational project entailed incorporating images showcasing the founder of Krav Maga, a video demonstrating fundamental combat techniques, and exploring its significant influence in various forms of media and movies.

Additionally, I integrated an interactive Google map highlighting the organized structure of this martial art in the country. Originating as a combat system for the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga emphasizes the importance of de-escalating conflicts whenever possible.

However, in situations where direct confrontation is inevitable or unsafe, it prioritizes swift resolution. The style involves precise attacks targeting the body's most vulnerable areas, even including techniques that can inflict severe injury or be lethal.

To ensure student safety during training, drills are meticulously designed with protective equipment and an emphasis on using force judiciously. Students are equipped with the skills to defend against a wide array of threats and are trained to respond with agility and effectiveness in countering assailants.
